Peter Laaper joined Keijser Van der Velden in 2014. Peter focuses on financial law in general, but has strong affinity for outsourcing in particular. In 2015 he published his thesis "Outsourcing in the financial sector" at the Radboud University Nijmegen. In this thesis, outsourcing of asset management by pension funds served as a leading example.

Peter combines his work at Keijser Van der Velden with a position as Assistant Professor financial private law at University of Utrecht (Molengraaff Institute).  

In 2008, Peter completed the Nijmegen Law School (Dual Master Business & Law) at Radboud University. He then started at the same university as researcher in financial law and lecturer in corporate law. He publishes and lectures on financial law and corporate law.
